Obama lie, congress not democratically elected

In Obama,s  attack on the Supreme Court, “a strong democratically elected congress”

August 26, 2009Sen. Ted Kennedy lost his struggle with cancer, the “democratically elected” Senate seat in congress was vacant. Subsequently, Governor Deval Patrick’s enacted article II of amendment 48, The Referendum, II, declaring an emergency to enact the law allowing for an interim senator to fill a vacant U.S. Senate seat and subsequent law andSeptember 24, 2009the law was amended by executive order.September 24, 2009, Paul G. Kirk, was appointed to occupy the Senate seat and NOT “democratically elected.” From other States there were allegations that the “democratically elected” process was corrupted but this was the most blatant wherein a Governor enacted partisanship over the right to elect representatives.

In brief;

So stated as evident, one person’s last wish, that of late Senator Kennedy that his seat be immediately and prejudicially filled. Consequently so enacted by Deval Patrick. Further that one partisan group also enacted to obtain advantages, or particular and exclusive privileges. Thereof, Part of the fist article 7.

At present are the largest ever federal tax increases and entitlement under debate in the U.S. Senate with a partisan majority rule at risk. 417Mass.406 In the first place, art. 7 speaks essentially to a right of the people to institute and change government…

Of part of the fist art.23, No subsidy, charge, tax, impost, or duties, ought to be established, fixed, laid, or levied, under any pretext whatsoever, without the consent of the people or their representatives in the legislature. No continues effusive representative preexisted for the reason of  illness, therein the merit of immediate disorder is negated. Thus the consent of the people must be upheld, that all the inhabitants of this commonwealth, having such qualifications, have an equal right to elect representatives, of the fist art. 9, thus consent of the people as paramount and no other.

440 Mass. 309 In broad terms, it is the Legislature’s power to enact rules to regulate conduct, to the extent that such laws are “necessary to secure the health, safety, good order, comfort, or general welfare of the community” (citations omitted). Opinion of the Justices, 341Mass.760 , 785 (1960). [Note 12]SeeCommonwealthv. Alger, 7Cush. 53 , 85 (1851). CA No. 209-4078 failed to make safe and secure the health, safety, good order, comfort, or general welfare of the community.

Separation of Church and State, again

Yet again we must have this discussion due to current affairs

Fundamental to our nation, as written in our state Constitution by John Adams, second president of the United States who drafted our State Constitution, “As the happiness of a people, and the good order and preservation of civil government, essentially depend upon piety, religion and morality; and as these cannot be generally diffused through a community, but by the institution of the public worship of God….” “The general principles on which the fathers achieved independence were the general principles of Christianity. I will avow that I then believed, and now believe, that those general principles of Christianity are as eternal and immutable as the existence and attributes of God.” Our Government fundamentally depends upon morality, which our society is based on, the fabric of our society, the conscience of people and not the government forcing morality on the people.

Thomas Jefferson, third president of the United States, “It is inconsistent with the spirit of our laws and Constitution to force tender consciences.” James Madison, fourth president of the United States affirmed, “Government is instituted to protect property of every sort – conscience is the most sacred of all property.” Thomas Jefferson, third president of the United States, “In matters of religion, I have considered that its free exercise is placed by the constitution independent of the powers of the general government. I have therefore undertaken, on no occasion, to prescribe the religious exercises suited to it; but have left them, as the constitution found them, under the direction and discipline of state or church authorities acknowledged by the several religious societies.” As Jefferson so described this as a “wall” or “fence” preventing the “establishment of a particular form of Christianity” by any one denomination and to promote the “free exercise of religion” everywhere. Fundamental to our nation is the protection of religion and the promotion of religion so stated by the founding fathers of this nation.

James Madison wrote, “Do not separate text from historical background. If you do, you will have perverted and subverted the Constitution, which can only end in a distorted, bastardized form of illegitimate government.” The founding fathers of this nation established laws to prevent a situation we Declared Independence from, a Church of England wherein the government established its own Church to force conscience. This must not be misconstrued as an absolute “Wall of Separation” or absolute “Separation of Church and State.” Christianity from its Jewish roots, the many Councils and Creeds divided amongst lesser divine, moral laxity, financial corruption and many reformations should be all inclusive in intent no matter what you call your self. From Anglicanism to Catholic to Methodists to Presbyterianism and so on, Christianity should not be divided but seen as a binding morality of this nation. With this, there must be protection of individual conscience and we are not forced to worship one narrative from the State. Of most concern must be the protection of our founding values of individual conscience, public government fundamentally depends upon morality of the people and not the national government forcing morality on the people.

George Washington first president of the United States from the Original Manuscript, “While we are zealously performing the duties of good Citizens and soldiers we certainly ought not to be inattentive to the higher duties of Religion. To the distinguished Character of Patriot, it should be our highest Glory to add the more distinguished Character of Christian. The signal Instances of providential Goodness which we have experienced and which have now almost crowned our labours with complete Success, demand from us in a peculiar manner the warmest returns of Gratitude and Piety to the Supreme Author of all Good.”

Of current affairs, although observations are subjective connections become a concern when in the absence of one is replaced with another. Wherein they erect a “peace pole” to worship at my towns school and wherein the principal was a devout Alinsky democrat radical with “ridicule is you most potent weapon.” Thereof a young schoolgirl recently commits suicide bullied to death. Where they teach our children to report their parents if they do not follow their “Green” convictions has become the norm.

Pavel Stroilov on socialism; “Nazism was more direct in its reliance on brute physical force. It was also totalitarian, but it was a mere shadow of communism. Communism poisons the whole fabric of the society. It deliberately makes everyone an accomplice to its crimes. It teaches children to report on their parents to the secret police. It destroys all the links on which the society is based. But in the aftermath, the only way to recover is to rethink what you’ve been through. It requires a very painful process of – I don’t really want to bring religion into this, but the only correct word I can find – repentance. You have to realise, you have no one to blame but yourself. You have to condemn your past and reject it. Then, and only then, you can try and re-build your civilisation from ruins.” Our dependence upon individual piety, religion and morality prevents this Socialist perversion and also may be our only salvation.

We must turn to history for possible examples of corruption of individual conscience by the government and the true magnitude that is possible. Socialism, Mao’s “Great Leap Forward” with some reports over forty million deaths, mostly woman and children starving to death. Socialism, Bolsheviks with some reports over thirty million deaths, mostly woman and children starving to death. Socialism, Nazism needs no explanation and the examples continue. This is indeed a “slippery slope” and what is at the bottom should convince everyone not to step in this direction. Yet here we are again with some on the right trying to marginalize the “social conservative” and those on the left trying desperately to push us closer to the edge. Those on the left are only looking for one more step, from removing God from our schools and pushing mandates to force tender consciences. This must not be ignored and past distortions and bastardization of our form of government must be undone.

Immigration, Citizenship, Conservatively Speaking

Citizenship was once a nationality status, the founding fathers of the United States struggled greatly over this issue to protect individual liberty and protect against indentured service known as slavery. 1770, Crispus Attucks, a free dockworker of African descent was the first person shot to death by British redcoats during the Boston Massacre. He is known as the first martyr of the United States revolution because of his allegiance and being subject to the jurisdiction of Boston Massachusetts. His allegiance and being subject to the jurisdiction gave him Citizenship and one of the founders of this great nation, a black man, an immigrant. 1857, a Supreme Court ruling, Dred Scott v. Sanford the Supreme Court upholds slavery and this decision is regarded as a key cause of the American Civil War. In essence, this Supreme Court ruling was that people of African descent brought into the United States, their descendants and held as slaves were not protected by the Constitution because they could never have Citizenship. More Americans were killed in the Civil War than in all other American wars combined, and at question was the United States Constitution protecting Citizenship in a Supreme Court ruling, Citizenship has a legal definition and law as to ether or not. In 1863, The Emancipation Proclamation goes into effect and in 1865, The Thirteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution abolishes slavery and involuntary servitude. Many forget the importance of servitude and that peonage would make a person subject to the jurisdiction of that contract thus removing Citizenship as seen in rulings of the Courts. Although this Amendment outlawed such contracts of jurisdiction to a foreign power the individual choice, to solemnly, freely, and without reservation was the choice of each individual, an Oath of Citizenship to the United States and the protection it provided.

1868, The Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution was added, Section 1 requires due process, equal protection and a subject to the jurisdiction clause. Sen. Lyman Trumbull, who inserted the phrase; “The provision is, that ‘all persons born in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens.’ That means ‘subject to the complete jurisdiction thereof.’ What do we mean by ‘complete jurisdiction thereof?’ Not owing allegiance to anybody else. That is what it means.” Sen. Jacob M. Howard, the author of the Citizenship Clause; “The first amendment is to section one, declaring that all “persons born in the United States and Subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the States wherein they reside. I do not propose to say anything on that subject except that the question of citizenship has been fully discussed in this body as not to need any further elucidation, in my opinion. This amendment which I have offered is simply declaratory of what I regard as the law of the land already, that every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, is by virtue of natural law and national law a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the Government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great desideratum in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country.”

Oath of Citizenship 1778, to “entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty” thereof a legally binding contract to all generations whom immigrated here. We have laws against those that break this contract, sedition, treason, espionage, subversion and more including the suspicion of these crimes. The opinion on what constitutes these crimes has swayed back and forth and the severity of these crimes has as well in United States history. Furthermore, many who have immigrated here understood the wide path of destruction this swaying back and forth in their land they sought to escape. From this, there is a tradition of being as “American” as possible and not show any other jurisdiction for good reason. Not speaking English in public or at work, flying a flag of another nation, reading material not in English or simply being different could be identified with being under the jurisdiction of an undesirable influence. During World War II, the United States arrested and forced, most of whom were American citizens, Japanese Americans, women and children in to concentration camps, prison-like camps called relocation centers for such acts. Currently we are faced with a similar situation caused by war, a war on extremists and terrorists, an Economic War and Class Warfare. Now more then ever the importance we must prove and display is our subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, our Oath of Citizenship and Oath of Allegiance to the United States Constitution. Student Citizenship, Anchor Babies, Class Warfare and so much more have distorted our founding values, traditions and laws to where we have subverted Citizenship, those who cross some border illegally are but a small part of the problem, all leading to war like conditions, a War of Independence, a Civil War. Because this disease was allowed to fester over so many decades, the enormity seems insurmountable but must be confronted as a whole or it will grow again.

James Madison, 4th President of the United States, Father of the Bill of Rights; “When we are considering the advantages that may result from an easy mode of naturalization, we ought also to consider the cautions necessary to guard against abuse. It is no doubt very desirable that we should hold out as many inducements as possible for the worthy part of mankind to come and settle amongst us, and throw their fortunes into a common lot with ours. But why is this desirable? Not merely to swell the catalogue of people. No, sir, it is to increase the wealth and strength of the community; and those who acquire the rights of citizenship, without adding to the strength or wealth of the community are not the people we are in want of.”

Ron Paulists, Where have you been?

I am now seeing many Ron Paulists, all these new faces to the hardened street warriors the Tea Party has become and I must ask where have you been all this time? There is a war going on, not only for the Presidency but also for the social values to support a limited Government, the original intent of our Constitution. Some claim they are for limited government but are clueless as to what this entails. Libertarians, Social Conservatives and all the way to Classic Liberals that want limited government, that is those that actually understand limited government understand that it is up to each individual. It is declared by law in our State Constitution (MA) as a “duty of all” “to worship the Supreme Being, the great Creator and Preserver of the universe.”  That the “order and preservation of civil government, essentially depend upon piety, religion and morality.” President George Washington, “No people can be bound to acknowledge and adore the Invisible Hand which conducts the affairs of men more than those of the United States…. His divine blessing may be equally conspicuous in the enlarged views, the temperate consultations, and the wise measures on which the success of this Government must depend.” The Constitution has a broad definition of religion as any moral code, “Individual Conscience,” the protection thereof and not any specific. The courts have ruled that atheism is the same as a religion under the broad scope of religion as defined by our Constitution as any moral sense of right and wrong. John Jay rejoiced, “Security under our constitution is given to the rights of conscience.” Thomas Jefferson, “It is inconsistent with the spirit of our laws and Constitution to force tender consciences.” James Madison affirmed, “Government is instituted to protect property of every sort – conscience is the most sacred of all property.” I hear it all the time in the Tea Party that we should be Fiscal Conservatives and not Social Conservative, it is too divisive. I must point out to them the careful balance of liberty we have under our Constitution.  James Madison pointed out “What is government itself but the greatest of all reflections on human nature? If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary.”  Simply stated, this is not a bunch of funny circles but a liner scale of less government, the less government we have the more we are reliant on each individual. If you want limited government then it starts with supporting the rights of conscience, morality, religion, because limited government will fail without it. In this, you should realize why there is such an extensive effort on the left to attack religion or anything that would promote individualism. What do you think, will some of these new faces stay and get in there and fight?

Some Ron Paulists promote this video

http://youtu.be/I8NhRPo0WAo

Of primary reasons we were attacked on 9|11, short version, starting with Soviet Union invasion of Afghanistan. One of the determining factors, Soviets strategized that after the isolationist anti-war movement of the Vietnam War, that we would not stomach another war. To prevent the spread of communism the United States supported the Mujahideen covertly threw new alliances of that time, this was a joint operation involving many Countries not only the United States with the United States playing a relatively small role. The next major factor was a treaty started by the Reagan administration and finalized by the Bush Sr, administration with the Soviet Union the United States not only withdrew military aid but included humanitarian aid as well.  This vacuum gave way to socialist or populist parties on the right, a Mujahideen faction of Islamic fundamentalist party known as the Taliban comprised mostly of foreigners. This had ties to other extremist parties like the Baath Party, political party on the right influential among Arab communities in the Middle East, especially in Syria and Iraq, Saddam Hussein. This faction was not the original Mujahideen of Afghanistan. The causes of this extremism vary by country and region, but there are several common threads and in Afghanistan it is well documented. Among these is are lack of economic prosperity and the loss of self-esteem, not because we were over there but because we were not. As does any good Socialist / Marxist there is the Class Warfare from these extremist factions, the plight between the  Bourgeois and Proletarians, they find a reason to blame the have, the great satin capitalists United States for their plight. United States presence is not a large part of the root cause, however it is the propaganda and Ron Paul with others seems to carry over the same mantra of ignoring the social and economic plight that does cause war.

Arming Saddam, transfers of major conventional weapons to Saddam 1973-2002 by the US is about 1%, USSR 57%, France 13%, China 12%, Czech 7%, Poland 4%, Brazil 2%, all others, 1% or less. The three countries most responsible for arming Saddam are Russia, China, and you guessed it, France. Even Poland is more culpable then the US. US is about 1% mostly because of France arming our observation helicopters. The fact that Russia provided 57% of major conventional weapons to Saddam is proof that this was not a cold war thing as some would advocate, it is propaganda. I could go on with the rest of the propaganda in that YouTube video but I think it would be best that you find the truth your self.

Overall, there is a gigantic disconnecting from reality in all the candidates and the supporters like when Romney replied to the corporations are people heckler. Those of us that have been fighting this leftist propaganda in the Tea Party know the corporations are people propaganda stems from the partial overruling of the McCain Feingold Act, and Romney was clueless as are his handlers. Do you really think a bunch of clueless idiots can win this Presidency?

Halloween Nor’easter, the masks come off in the Nanny State

As I write this, I can look out my window at the buss stop where schoolchildren once stood, now obliterated by a branch with more barely hanging on and certain death for the frail. In conversation with someone down the street, he said that he would call to have the school bus stop moved to a safer place. I know of at least ten years this tree has been in dispute with dangers branches dropping every year yet the town refuses to do anything. Because the tree is on the town’s “greenbelt” only the town is allowed to manage these trees with fines awaiting those who dare the towns authority. I can only figure this was a microcosm of the root cause of the power outages in this state and the failure of centralized planning. Of interest is how the residents deal with the problem by shifting the dilemma and not addressing the root cause. As expected, our elected politicians make a big show of outrage demanding investigations to blame others when it was their own fault for the mess.

This problem seems to be more extensive then what I thought possible and was on full display on the public roadways. Countless times I had come across a branch blocking one lane with everyone simply driving around it. I seemed to be the only one stopping and pulling the branches out of the way. I was figuring this was simple common courtesy not tying up traffic for a mile or so and remove this problem, I was wrong. The majority expected to be provided for, as they did not want to be personally inconvenienced and in so doing inconvenienced hundreds of others. Ironically all those inconvenienced by the traffic jam patiently tolerated the inconvenience only to display their own lack of common courtesy. The most interesting and dangers display of what happens when the general public loses central control was at the traffic lights when they lost power. If you ever came across a wild animal caught in your headlights on a dark back road you know the look. Eyes wide, mouth open in a frighten gaze, this was the same look of many when they lost some light connected to a mindless timer to control them. Others mindlessly darted in to peril resulting in the squeal of brakes and the blast of horns, and many accidents. Frozen with fear some simply sat there resulting in frustration leading to anger.

This was typical unexpected New England weather in Massachusetts, the natives of this land expect the unexpected in the weather. We are mocked and called crazy when we hear news of an approaching storm, we gather food like squirrels and hide it away as if the world was coming to an end. This time, as some farmers say, “the manure engaged the rotary oscillator” and many for the first time in their lives were forced to stand on their own with no nanny to provide for them. This was truly shameful, many suffered, some lost their lives and many more will continue not accepting individual responsibility. As I walk along with chainsaw in hand doing my good deeds I can only hope that others follow my path, as unlikely this may be I can only hope. I must also ask what more can we do to prevent this, from the Nation becoming a Nanny State and stop the consequences of a Nanny State way of thinking before it is too late.

My personal argument with the Occupy Mob

On a sunny Sunday afternoon, my self along with some from our local Tea Party confronted the Occupy Mob in the small college town of Amherst Massachusetts. Actually, we had many arguments but one I took personally, Tax the Rich and economics. I am a Millwright by profession I explained and I basically run the business from the bottom up. With this announcement, their interest peaked as they explained, that is how companies should be run, from the bottom up with collective bargaining. I explained I do not work that way, if the Boss wants something done he pulls back the curtain and asks the person turning the wrenches that keeps the place running, that is if they are smart. As of lately my budget is reduced to duct tape and bailing wire, and I have to reply, she won’t take any more. With this, the Occupy Mob explained the rich has all the wealth and we want them to share it. Hold on I said, now I am getting offended. Why should I be taxed more for my skills to keep a business running, what incentive do I have to grow and expand my skills? When I look around and see our federal government with some fifteen trillion in debt, over a hundred trillion in unfunded liabilities, inflation, trillions more in local debt and the trade deficit and all that has to come from the pot of gold that I play in. I also must look ahead and estimate what my budget is going to look like and live within my means. In essence, I look at the pot of gold, the wealth in general that the business sector has to play with and it is not looking good. The Occupy Mob agreed that is a problem that is why we must tax the rich to create more wealth. I said you are wrong, that is not how wealth is created, it is much more complicated, in short, wealth is something you grow or dig from the ground, a supply, then it is processed and then exchanged for a demand, supply and demand. Al least one in the Occupy Mob agreed, she comes from a farming community, she explained, and that is how it works. I went on to say this problem did not happen over night, over the past several decades we have gone from Goods Producing to Service Providing, this is big Government to Wall Street that is nothing more then Service Providing that has grown too burdensome. We simply do not produce that much real wealth any more, Service Providing has outgrown the Goods Producing ability to pay. With some excitement someone replied, that is because of deregulation, I replied what Bill was it that caused this deregulation, and he looked around for help and got none. We continued to argue back and forth for a long time, what was supposed to be the most highly educated the Occupy Mob has to offer against the average Tea Party.

In general, we agreed there is a problem but differed largely on ideology. The Occupy Mob is running on typical Bourgeois abuses the Proletarians propaganda, Marxist ideology. The Occupy Mob is jumping on the Populist Egalitarianism Bandwagon to ruin because they are inexperienced and one sided. The past protests of the sixties and seventies of which I was part of did not have the same Marxist elements as they do now. In the protests of the past there were many singing a different song, we did not want to become the Mensheviks or make the mistakes the Cadets made, or “meet the new boss the same as the old boss” and the majority were Classic Liberal or Libertarian. This is simply too dangers of a Mob to play with or compromise with, and too slippery of a slope to step on. Many did not want Stalin, Hitler, Mao and others but when they stepped on that slippery slope that is what they got, when they came for them, there was no one left to speak out for them. This is not to say our slide toward socialism will be that extreme, we are on the edge now and if we fall, it is only a guess on how far we will slide. “For the times they are a-changin’” and not for the better as the Occupy Mob criticizes what they do not understand. I was told that this is the new socialism and I replied we had socialist experiments in the past that were new, some went horribly wrong like the Great Leap Forward from Mao where over forty million died. I was told that was irrelevant and they never heard of such a thing. I am starting to believe most in the Occupy Mob are nothing more then useful idiots, as it was in the past, history repeats if the unaware ignore history.

What is the Tea Party? Inside secrets

What is the Tea Party, at first we were told that we would never amount to anything, then we were called every vulgar name known and now we are told that we are holding the nation hostage, a bunch of terrorists. Ironically, the same side that said we would never amount to anything are the ones saying we are holding a whole nation, a global superpower hostage. Out side their extremist ideologue base the credibility of these extremist opinions has dropped to zero, they have made their voice irrelevant, but good advertising for the Tea Party. The decisively extremist left wing media, which is the majority of networks, spins the lies being told in to unified talking points for their extremist ideologue base. Therein the problem for the left, no individual thinking leaving them blind and ignorant, but more importantly open to attack. In contrast, the Tea Party is a distributed network, no chain of command and no centralized planning. Each individual is given a set of instructions, the Constitution and founding values. The extremists on the left are given something foreign, the Communist Manifesto and Rules for Radicals, and told what to do. Because of the nature of their extremist ideology on the left, they cannot exist without their structure because as individuals they will be quickly taken over.

Who are the Tea Party, they go by many names and few use Republican. In the battle of Brown 41 on a downtown street in Springfield Massachusetts the sides squared off, on one side the Tea Party and on the other side our radical opposition. The core of the Tea Party having been in battle many times was by now hardened veterans. I did a quick count on our side, democrat, liberal, Veteran, libertarian, independent, conservative and only two or three Republicans from the Brown camp. On the extremist side was paid union members, a handful of liberal elitist, a small handful from the Soros groups and one fool from DC in a Bush mask holding a sign, “Bush supports Brown.”  The Tea Party so intimidated the opposition, Brown’s opponent, she sneaked in the back door while Brown walked our line giving us thanks. I think this fairly well describes the boots on the ground here, who is willing to come out of their comfort zone and who is willing to join the front line. However, behind the Tea Party lines, there was a lot of conflict in the battle of Brown 41 but in the end, we agreed to hold our noses in consideration of the alternative.

The Tea Party is not one group but a culmination of many older groups and some new, but all are on this side of the fence with a growing frustration. There is a line being drawn and a new direction that is being stipulated. Tea, Taxed Enough Already, Enough Already because the policy on the left is too extreme for the majority. For too long we had the choice of hard left or slow left and this was the definition of compromise and bipartisanship. Now it has become too much, Enough Already! Most Republicans have become more like democrats and the democrats are so far out in left field they are unrecognizable. When a state like Massachusetts is saying this, Republicans had best take notice yet too many seem blind and ignorant to the facts and do so at their own peril. Enough with the spineless wimps unwilling to make the right turn, Enough with compromise and Enough with bipartisanship, it has gone too far and they need to stop being the extremists. It is said that insanity is trying the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result, the same it true with compromise and bipartisanship. If the direction is not changed then there will be more frustration leading to more action in the primaries and more.

Some of the most important groups in the Tea Party are researchers, this has many sub groups and independents ranging from Constitutional argument to actual spies gathering intelligence reports. The Tea Party knows the difference from a populist and popular unlike some, and we know voting records and unlike some, we read the Bill. The social networking in providing information in the Tea Party is extensive but the direction is more interesting. Some groups are providing printed newspapers and letters, and this is growing. I see some groups working on emergency communication alternatives to holding their own town hall style meetings for the public. The Tea Party in essence is growing its own news and communication network from the grassroots on up. In all these are probably not so secret but don’t ask for details because they are secret.

The political spectrum, the center of Conservatism, why it matters

Conservatism is generally accepted as Constitutional Center and slightly to the right. However, there are two Constitutions, to the left of Constitutional Center are the living document theorist and the realist that looks at the original intent on the right. The political spectrum in the United States is based in a set of beliefs that dates back before our second Constitution, our Constitution was formed from these individual State Laws and State Constitutions. There are perspectives that are more modern but this is more about the foundation Conservatism and I will let you decide how they fit on this foundation.

We can examine these original laws for a foundation; “The Book of the General Lauues and Libertyes, Concerning orasmuch as the free fruition of such Liberties, Immunities, priviledges as humanitie, civilitie & christianity call for as due to everie man in his place, & proportion, without impeachment & infringement hath ever been, & ever will be the tranquility & stability of Churches & Comon-wealthes; & the deniall or deprivall thereof the disturbance, if not ruine of both.”

Due to every man in his place and proportion, this individual conscience was carried over to the Massachusetts State Constitution as; Article III. “As the happiness of a people, and the good order and preservation of civil government, essentially depend upon piety, religion and morality….”

There was a profound reliance on the people to be self-policing, in individual consciences, in the people having the moral code of conduct and not the government imposing one. Just as important, there was a need for the government to foster a moral code of conduct. The remainder of the Massachusetts State Constitution; Article III. “and as these cannot be generally diffused through a community, but by the institution of the public worship of God, and of public instructions in piety, religion and morality….. And the people of this commonwealth have also a right to, and do, invest their legislature with authority to enjoin upon all the subjects an attendance upon the instructions of the public teachers aforesaid, at stated times and seasons, if there be any on whose instructions they can conscientiously and conveniently attend.”

President George Washington declared, “No people can be bound to acknowledge and adore the Invisible Hand which conducts the affairs of men more than those of the United States…. His divine blessing may be equally conspicuous in the enlarged views, the temperate consultations, and the wise measures on which the success of this Government must depend.” John Jay rejoiced, “Security under our constitution is given to the rights of conscience.” Thomas Jefferson, “It is inconsistent with the spirit of our laws and Constitution to force tender consciences.” James Madison affirmed, “Government is instituted to protect property of every sort – conscience is the most sacred of all property.”

There is an overwhelming body of evidence, only a small part of which presented here that our freedom is dependent on individual consciences and individual morality, or individualism. Some would like to divide conservatism into groups, such as Social Conservative and Fiscal Conservative and this may not be possible or you will have subverted and perverted Conservatism. It should be clear that Conservatism must support an overall consciences and morality in both social and fiscal matters. It may sound selfish but individual consciences and individual morality is more important then the greater good because without individual consciences and individual morality there is no possibility of making the right choice. Of all the core values, this one seems to the most important.

I must also point out the careful balance of liberty we have under our Constitution.  James Madison pointed out “What is government itself but the greatest of all reflections on human nature? If men were angels, no government would be necessary. If angels were to govern men, neither external nor internal controls on government would be necessary.” Here we have a conflict with some Libertarians that stray too far from Constitutional Center. Libertarians are to the right of Conservatives, which varies from war being unavoidable to ending all war and undesirable legalizations. Then there are some Classic Liberals in this mix, Republicans were once considered a bunch of Liberals. Classic liberals in the United States actually believe in limited government, liberty over equality, natural law, individualism, free markets and constitutional constraint of government, the same as a Conservative. There are also some Democrats on this side of the fence but most all of these are in the Tea Party and not in elected office. Then there are the independents, true independents as the name suggests are independent individuals, independent of political party and independent of government and not dependent on the government for a socialist allotment. I do not think there are many true independents as many would take the candy not knowing the cost but this is changing as they become unemployed and see the government debt. Further to the right of Libertarians is the fringe, the Anarchists that want to abolish all government but as history has shown most all Anarchists are connected to socialism, the left. Anarchism in history is typically a brief transitional tool for socialists, they are in no way connected to Conservatism. Within the careful balance of liberty of Conservatism, there is a broad base of support on this side of the fence.

There are many definitions of democracy and republic throughout the world that do not apply to our Constitution and should not be use, we are not them, they are not us and we are exceptional. Our Constitution clearly affirms we are not a democracy, we are a federation of states with what was a limited national government, limited by the enumerated powers written in our Constitution. If we go by definitions, slightly to the right of this federation is a republic, a government in which all authority exists in the individual citizen, Republican.   Slightly to the left of this federation is a democracy, rule of the majority, some call it mob rule in which power is vested in the majority of the people in the course of representation, Democratic. Again, definitions are misleading, Republicans are all too often not as the name suggests including Democrats. Here in the US as declared in our Declaration of Independence and our Constitution we took the exceptional direction of less government. Some use the European definitions of left and right politics but that would place monarchists, nationalists and fascists on the right but we are not yet a socialist country. Therein the definition of right as it applies to our form of government is generally accepted as less government and more freedom on the right. Of those that think less government is more corruption and anarchy should start reading from the beginning.

The left is not only progressives, socialist democrats, socialist liberals, and communists but also monarchists, nationalists and fascists because of the center of this nation. Today’s socialist democrats are not the democrats of the past as they are the fringe. Socialist democrats want tax cuts for the middle class, tax the rich feed the poor so there are no rich any more. You know what this is called, it is class warfare and it has no place in the land of equal opportunity. The middle class is a myth, around the top five percent pay almost fifty percent and around the bottom fifty percent pay almost nothing but do get a refund. Where is the middle class in all this?  Where is the equal opportunity in all this? This is class warfare as in a heavy progressive taxation, is this in the US Constitution, no it is not. Hold on, here it is, heavy progressive taxation found in the Communist Manifesto, is this the new America? The political slogan “Workers of the World, Unite,” political slogan of Karl Marx, Friedrich Engels and Andy Stern found in the communist manifesto. More chilling is that Andy Stern also denounced the communist version and inserted common interest before self-interest, this is the Program of the NSDAP – Workers’ Party, Nazism. Anton Drexler in My Political Awakening wrote, “I am a socialist like yourselves, and want manual workers to gain equality…” In Mein Kampf, Hitler wholly agreed with the My Political Awakening given to him by Anton Drexler at their first meeting. Anton Drexler and Adolf Hitler wrote these 25 points the Program of the NSDAP – Workers’ Party. The mobs on the left belong to structured groups with leaders like socialist George Soros, Hedge Fund Manager & Currency Trader, patron saint of Democrats everywhere, sugar daddy of their party. Why is the left lead by the banking industry? These are all left of an American Democrat, including some Republicans, the fringe, progressives, socialist democrats, socialist liberals, communists, monarchists, nationalists and fascists, with each comprising the left or right of there Socialist Party. The candy in the form of socialist allotments the government is throwing us is poison. Those on the left want more socialism, more social programs, more bailouts and a more powerful bigger government for the greater good. The foundation of socialism is to destroy individual morality and conscience, and change it to an easily controlled collectivist sum. This is where the fight is now, you should realize who and what we are fighting or be defeated. Thus, here we are back to the fight over individual morality and conscience, and why it seems to be the most important.

Debt, Default and is it really that bad?

Our government has done a grave injustice to us all and future generations, they have placed a perverted debt on our pot of gold, our wealth, placing us in servitude to the government and this by definition is slavery. Furthermore, our government has burdened us with restrictions, this bureaucratic central planning, excessive development of bureaus to regulate us, to concentrate government power, and this by definition is tyranny. With almost fifteen trillion in debt with over a hundred trillion in unfunded liabilities, this is beyond an absurdity of biblical proportions. This is a path toward destruction of our nation. The wealth that the government provides is a false wealth perverted and bastardized because it is no longer tied to any real wealth except for the ability to forcibly, at gunpoint if necessary to take from the private sector, our pot of gold and to print notes calling it wealth, this liability is servitude. Are we really that dependent on the federal government for loans and such transaction or is there a better way?  Those that have bought in to the populist rhetoric ignoring what direction this was going to take them are also slaves to the government being reliant on government wealth, a false wealth.

Our wealth, I mean real wealth, the wealth of this nation is in the individual people, in what they dig or grow from the land they own and add value to it by transporting or processing, not Wall Street. My self, I place my trust and faith in the true wealth of this nation, the people and individual capitalism, and this being separate from the federal government. As intended by our Constitution we should be separate, self-sufficient in our States, our Town and City, and in our communities and homes for our protection. We should have our own police, fire, schools, healthcare and all the essentials funded locally and nothing essential funded by the federal government. But some would argue this so called safety net that the federal government provides is essential. This is wrong, it is charity that provides the most efficient safety net and the biggest game changer in this is the Tea Party network. I see thousands of calls from individual charity to all out disaster responses growing in the Tea Party network along with aligning with more organizations that are charitable.

This may be a bit selfish but the federal government, those progressive, liberal, or what ever they call them selves democrats and liberal republicans that have dug this hole need to be buried in it. The cost of their policies are simply too high a price to pay, let them default and crash. It will not matter that much for those on the right side, there may be some pain but the true wealth of this nation will have a better chance of surviving. There should be NO more compromise, bipartisanship or deals in this, it must be an about face only. So what if the federal government crashes, will it really affect Main Street that much? Am I missing something here, how bad could a major reset be and do the positives outweigh the negatives?

The American Dream

Welcome to Holyoke Massachusetts, a city built on individual opportunities, the liberty to work and be rewarded for it. Four and a half miles of canals and a dam were dug by pick and shovel. By the 1900s, Holyoke was one of the first planned industrial cities in the world, it ran on waterpower and she was named the Queen of Industrial Cities. Holyoke Massachusetts was a city built on the true “American Dream” and destroyed by a false “American Dream”. Less then half of old Holyoke remains, it is burnt and rotting corpse, and a shame for all to see. This has been a corrupt and dreadful disease in parts of America for too long. Be it welfare to bailouts the cost of this path we are on destroys America and the “American Dream”.

Taxachusetts the Marxist welfare state has a long history of welfare abuse but don’t talk about it or you will be called a racist. One of the local jokes in Holyoke is “What is the most confusing day in Holyoke, it was Fathers Day.” Sad but true, the abuse of anchor babies had become so prevalent it was a joke. Yes, Holyoke MA was at the top of the list for best welfare. This list was also distributed in Puerto Rico but to the slums and crime ridden areas mostly according to those that immigrated here. Some of my Puerto Rican friends showed me the list and detailed instruction on how to get the most welfare and where to apply. It was said to me several times that the local government had printed all this. Sadly, they were sold the notion that the “American Dream” was entitlement to welfare and how to abuse it. I think every cabbage patch doll sold in Holyoke was collecting welfare at the time and the media at the time was downplaying the abuse. Yes, cabbage patch dolls came with a birth certificate that looked real. Wade Rathke and others began their career here with groups like the National Welfare Rights Organization and the Students for a Democratic Society.

From my perspective working in the mills of Holyoke MA I could see the children running up and down the back porches, changing their clothes before they entered the next apartment. It was obvious the welfare department was doing a check. I worked as a millwright so I knew more about the internal workings of the business, more then most. First, back when competition from overseas first started there were many layoffs and the government gracefully expanded welfare and why Holyoke was so highly rated as best welfare. The mills that were trying so desperately to compete got the bill, more welfare, more regulations and the labor unions obtained more leverage. Then came those that were fooled to believing the “American Dream” was entitlement to welfare and about the time I was working the mills. The mill that I was working in and many others closed and moved because they could not afford to pay the taxes, the welfare and the entitlement. So I moved on to the next and the next. Now I walk amongst the charred remains, now I walk amongst the rot and decay, please give me a mill to take care of. I had thought it could not get much worse and it has. I have to wonder, at what point does it become “we the government” and no longer “We the People”. From my perspective, I am seeing a lovely Queen die a silent death, queen of an industrial nation, queen of an industrial world.

What happened to the moral code of conduct we once had. Of the founding fathers of the United States set forth a Christian Nation, but this requires a bit of interpretation. Our founding fathers wanted this nation to be a nation of freedom and liberty unlike any other in the world. A nation founded on the value of a moral code of conduct and that value gave us the ability to be the nation of freedom and liberty unlike any other in the world. In this, the nation was “self policing”, the importance to keep this the nation of freedom and liberty was taught throughout the land. With out the value of the moral code of conduct we would lose our freedom and liberty. It seems absurd to me to burn and destroy the rungs on the ladder of success ahead of you for your own personal gain. Our forefathers came here some sacrificing everything they had on this self-evident principal. The American Dream is individual opportunities, the liberty to work and be rewarded for it, upward mobility and equal opportunity on every rung on the ladder of success.

Beware of the Populist

This is not popularity it is populism, and they are as different as good and evil. Populism dates back to Rome, the Populares Party has been considered the origin of both socialism and Populism, the populares, “People’s Party.” Populism is often considered a major factor in the downfall of the great Roman Empire and should be considered one of the most destructive forces in politics. The Populist Party in the US, originally the People’s Party was established in 1891 and in 1896, the Populists gained control of the Democratic Party in turn became part of the Progressive Movement, Fabian Socialism. What makes populism different from popularity seems to be the exploitation of economic and social interests. We now have what can be called a Populist Revolt in Egypt, as of now we see many colors being added but no one knows the final hue, it is only speculation. From this we can certainly see how infectious Populism is and how it spreads. This goes beyond a pure democracy in to more of a “Mob Rule,” or unchecked popular power, this only leads to social instability and was almost never successful throughout history. Populism often leads to abuse, we see politicians play their role as champion of a greater cause, but in reality they are fighting their own personal struggle for power. Nazism had its roots in Populism, as did many other failed democracies.

Thankfully, the framers of our US Constitution placed our form of government to the right of a pure democracy and “Mob Rule.” James Madison said, “Such democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property; and have in general been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.” This should be the dividing line between left and right, with those on the right supporting the original intent of our Constitution, The Tea Party to Conservatives are and must be anti “Mob Rule” and anti- Populism. Most certainly, those so named Republicans that do not support our Constitution need to be flushed out because everyone needs to be on the same side of the fence on this. Thanks to the culmination of compromise and bipartisanship, our government has grown beyond its original scope, and now unpopular and drastic cuts need to be made. The fundamental argument from the Populist opinion is that liberty and capitalism is wrought with corruption and unscrupulous people. Therefore, government must step in and intervene, often giving the power to unscrupulous politicians and more corruption, a fallacious argument. Lord Acton astutely noted human nature, “Absolutely power corrupts and power corrupts absolutely.” The argument the leftist Populist use is what can be done, it is a crises, and this is apocalyptic thus shifting the argument from should anything be done to close the eyes to the burden of those actions. This shifting of the narrative toward the Populist opinion is so powerful in human nature reason is often dismissed as a conspiracy theory and fear mongering. Those that use this response are nothing more then useful idiots that ignore historical facts, human nature and natural law.

Populism comes in many flavors, at times it may be hard to tell what flavor but it is predominantly one color and that is more government, left. Benito Mussolini used the Ministry of Popular Culture, a version of the politically correct police that release news broadcasts and newspaper stories glorifying the Populism of Mussolini. Lyndon B. Johnson used his sympathy for the 1891 Populist Party to push for The Great Society. The New Deal and the ACLU were often described as Populist. The French Revolution was a Populist Revolt and Marx studied the history of the French Revolution resulting in the use of Populism in Marxism. Populism unlike class warfare attempts to take a broader swath of “The People” against “The Privileged” and both as shown throughout history to be involved with some sort of demagoguery, scapegoating, and conspiracism. We hear it all the time from the left, blame Bush, well the Republicans did, the Tea Party is a bunch of racists and so on, but this is not to say the left are all the same as Mussolini yet they seem to live in the same house. The People’s Republic of China, here we are again with a “People’s” Party in their Great Leap Forward used the Populism of productive force determinism, the Populism of a Communist utopia and more than 20 million people died. Luis Echeverría Álvarez Mexican president used the Populist rhetoric of social change and economic progress and became the first former Mexican president to be placed under arrest on charges of genocide. This is not some easily dismissed conspiracy theory but a fact that Populism wherever it is found thought history is usually bad and the opposite policy of the Tea Party and Conservatives. You may also find the demagoguery from the left accusing the Tea Party as a Populist movement.

There is also the Egalitarian side of Populism, the equality of income and wealth typically associated with Labor or Workers unions. There are well defined lines describing the separation of private sector unions from government sector unions with the government sector having extremes of left and right. There is also a thin line that separates the original intent of unions for worker safety and prosperity, and the exploitation of economic and social interests. Government is a force, they forcefully take your taxes, there is no freedom in this matter either you pay your taxes or go to jail, and they have the power to take what they want. Collective bargaining by the government few is not a right because it takes the rights and freedom of others by force, it is by definition the opposite of a god given right and liberty. Private sector and government sector Labor or Workers unions are very different in this nature and cannot be treated the same. It seems politicians and labor unions are playing their role as champions of a greater cause use Populist rhetoric by calling it a right, this is a lie. The original intent of our framework of government was that our government was only supposed to protect our god given rights and not be the owner and provider of our rights. Clearly, our government has grown beyond its original scope in this, but the Populist rhetoric closed the eyes to the burden of those actions. Government union members are handing over their god given rights to the government in a “Mob Rule” and mob mentality, shifting of the narrative toward the Populist opinion and dismissing natural law and reasoning. This is tyranny when government owns our rights but some passively accept it because of the collective good it provides them. The burden of these actions is the likely corruption of power, as history has shown all too true. The original scope of our government was supposed to prevent this from happening and now we teeter on the extremes causing social and economic instability. We can only walk this thin tightrope for so long because it is natural law that we eventually fall, history has shown there is no safety net in this and our fall will be extreme left or right. The extreme left and right of Labor or Workers unions where they have been corrupted with power is the Social Democratic Labour Party, Bolshevism and the National Socialist Workers Party or Nazism wherein they eliminate all other unions and become a single Party, a pure democracy.

The Populist typically displays the Populist rhetoric of the day, this could be under the guise of any brand and what they are branded must not be that easily dismissed but scrutinized. Often the branding comes from the Populist and this is typically in the form of demagoguery, class warfare, shifting of the narrative, and dismissal of facts, history, natural law and reasoning. Sometimes the branding merits further scrutinizing as in being branded a “flip-flop” as in “flip-flop Mitt Romney.” Typically, the Populist rhetoric is contrary in substantial action, say one thing and do another, or go mushy and compromise. Sometimes the Populist will skew the popularity of an adversary in to Populism to cause confusion and division. The only way to protect our selves from this Populism is to step back for a moment and think about it, do not get caught up in the Populism, engage brain before opening mouth and beware the Populist.
